1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup diced jalapenos (seeds removed for milder flavor)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon olive oil Ranch Drizzle:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons ranch dressing mix
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 F (180 C), then grease a loaf pan with cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then mix well
Spread half of the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, creating a well in the center
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, diced jalapenos, and shredded cheddar cheese
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the well in the meatloaf
Cover the filling with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the edges
Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through Ranch Drizzle:
In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and ranch dressing mix until smooth
Once the meatloaf is cooked, drizzle the ranch mixture over the top
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing
